Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements
Owner: City of Albany
This three year project expands the existing plant, provides a wet-weather pump station,
and increases sewer capacity. It is designed to treat more wastewater more thoroughly
with less odor and noise. New features include:
- Three 140-foot diameter clarifiers
- Chlorine contact basins
- Vertical loop reactors
- 54-inch OD HDPE influent line

University of Oregon Autzen Stadium Expansion
Owner: University of Oregon
The Autzen Stadium expansion project was completed in the short period of 9 months,
increasing seating capacity to 57,000 total seats. The project included:
- Expansion and reconstruction of the south seating bowl
- A new grand entry staircase
- A new concourse complete with concessions and restrooms
- Five new elevators and one escalator
- Club seating, two levels of suites, and club lounge area
- A new stadium height of approximately 14 stories

Oregon State University Reser Stadium Expansion
Owner: Oregon State University
An 18,000 seat renovation, the new Reser Stadium was completed in a tight 14 month
construction schedule. The expansion included:
- 300,000 square foot total expansion increasing seating to 43,300 seats
- 21 luxury suites
- 25,000 square foot Club area, Founder's Loge, and a fully staffed game-day restaurant
- 1,100 car parking garage
- New concourses, restrooms, concessions, elevators, and escalators

Franz Family Bakery
Owner: US Bakery
Franz Family Bakery is the relocation and expansion of Williams Bakery formerly
located adjacent to the University of Oregon campus in Eugene . Its new location
is in Springfield , a few miles from the original site. This new facility is:
- A major upgrade in space, efficiency of production, and production output
- 160,000 square feet of building space
- Expandable, allowing for growth in the future
- Tilt-up concrete wall construction

Willamette River Temperature Control Project
Cougar Reservoir Intake Tower Modification
Owner: US Army Corps of Engineers
The project improves water temperature regulation of reservoir flows into the South
Fork of the McKenzie River to provide optimum temperature for Salmon, Steelhead,
and endangered Bull Trout populations. The project includes:
- A vertical structure rising 340 feet from a solid bedrock foundation
- 14,100 cubic yards of structural concrete
- Custom steel slip forms built and used at 20' intervals
- 5,800 psi concrete strength achieved
- Completed in 3 years, on time and under budget
- 13,700 labor hours worked with no serious lost time accidents

Lane County Armed Forces Reserve Center Complex-Phase 1, Vehicle Maintenance
Facility
Owner: Oregon Military Department
A Wildish design-build project, the Center is the first project by Wildish Building
Co. to attempt LEED certification. The building includes:
- Design which took into consideration: light pollution, storm water management, water
efficient landscaping, reduction of Ozone Depletion, the use of green power, daylight
and views, and resource reuse/recycling
- 3 bays for major armed forces vehicle maintenance and repair
- Offices, showers and locker rooms
- State of the art HVAC systems
