The City of Corvallis embarked on journey to embrace the riverfront property along the Willamette River in downtown Corvallis. Thus the Corvallis Riverfront Commemorative Park project provided a completely restored park for families and local businesses to enjoy for years to come. The project included significant demolition, utility relocates, concrete paving, asphalt paving, brick paving, new restrooms, site furnishings and site lighting. Two of the most recognized pieces to this project is the sculpture artwork as well as the interactive water fountain.
