SEEKING CONCRETE SUPERINTENDENT
Wildish Construction Co. is seeking a Concrete Superintendent based at Wildish headquarters in Eugene, OR. Preferred minimum 10-20 years’ experience with heavy civil concrete construction including flatwork, curbs, gutters, ADA ramps, concrete paving and other aspects of heavy civil concrete construction. Candidate must be proficient in reading plans & specs, scheduling, and managing a variety of construction projects of various size and scope simultaneously. Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team while also being highly self-motivated. Position requires working closely with field supervisory staff and mason hourly workforce in managing all aspects of concrete construction projects and a wide range of documentation.
