Erb Memorial Union Building | Eugene , Oregon

This project required a two-story remodel of the existing student union building at the University of Oregon. We also provided the addition of a one-story concrete structure to the main building entrance. The 137,000 sq ft remodel included extensive demolition and replacement, featuring new student recreational and lounge areas, student body organizational offices, major catering kitchen replacement, a coffee shop, a bakery, three specialty food service facilities, two convenience stores, three dining halls and ancillary areas. The second phase added an exterior concrete courtyard and open-air free speech auditorium.
