OSU Extension Project | Newport , Oregon

This 8,000sf remodel of an existing two story structure was previously used by a marine supply company. The project involved renovating both interior and exterior with a completely new design program including new office spaces, conference rooms, media rooms, kitchen and large storage room area. A new passenger elevator and one coiling door were also part of the project. The building space was designed to allow Oregon State University a new home for their OSU Extension programs.
