This three-story 47,000 sq ft building includes a partial basement for mechanical equipment. The exterior features brick veneer with inset precast concrete bands. The roof system is constructed of a flat, suspended concrete slab, with single membrane roofing, and an area of metal roof system with tern metal roof covering. The building is the University's new biotechnology facility housing molecular biology, neuroscience and cell biology programs.
